as

Employee & Driver (m/f/d)

in the area of internal logistics in sugarbeet seed production.The positions are to be filled as soon as possible, are permanent and full-time.

Your new challenge:

Transporting seeds, auxiliary and operating materials, and other materials in the factory and warehouse area Operation of forklifts, industrial trucks, and agricultural tractors with trailers – including on public roads Loading and unloading trucks, receiving and shipping goods, including sampling if necessary Supplying production facilities in coordination with warehouse managers and colleagues Maintaining the vehicles used and communicating necessary maintenance Documentation (e.g. stock cards, delivery notes, CMR) and passing on relevant information Assisting with keeping the warehouse and production areas tidy and clean Training new colleagues and temporary staff Willingness to provide cross-departmental support

What you bring to the table:

Completed training in agriculture, technology, or logistics, or comparable qualification Experience in handling industrial trucks (forklift license), agricultural machinery, or trucks Driver's license class T is mandatory, ideally also class CE with driver qualification certificate (FQN) Knowledge of warehouse organization, storage, and goods transport High degree of personal responsibility, ability to work in a team, flexibility, and reliability Willingness to work in shifts (3 or 4 shifts, including weekend work), very good written and spoken German; English skills are an advantage
