\n The Sanofi People Analytics team has a mission to democratise people data and insights across the enterprise and drive a cultural shift towards evidence-based people decision making at all levels of the organisation. We are seeking an experienced Employee Listening Leader (all genders) within the People Analytics team, who will be responsible for shaping Sanofi\xe2\x80\x99s Employee Listening Strategies. This role involves overseeing the entire process of consolidating, collecting, analyzing, and acting upon feedback from our employees. You will be responsible for strategy, vendor management, survey administration, data analysis, and fostering a culture of open communication and continuous improvement within the organization. This role will play a key part in ensuring that Sanofi\xe2\x80\x99s focus on employee experience is research and design driven \xe2\x80\x93 influencing experience design by providing insight on employee voice.\n

\n Main responsibilities:\n

    \n Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive employee listening strategy to gather insights that drive positive changes in the workplace, leveraging and evolving existing programs from across the Company.\n

    \n Vendor Management: Evaluate and maximise external vendors, managing relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality listening tools and services.\n
    \n
  • \n
    \n Survey Administration: Design and implement employee surveys, aligned with internal stakeholder requirements, pulse checks, and other feedback mechanisms to capture employee sentiment, ensuring the confidentiality and anonymity of responses.\n

    \n Data Analysis: Analyse listening data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.\n

  • \n
    \n Community Support: Foster a culture of open communication and engagement by facilitating employee feedback channels, forums, and initiatives. Lead a internal cross functional council to facilitiate governance and input into listening strategies.\n

    \n Communication: Partner with internal communications teams to communicate survey results and insights to leadership and employees, promoting transparency and accountability.\n

    \n Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improvements based on survey findings.\n
    \n
  • \n
    \n Employee Engagement: Monitor and track employee engagement levels over time and develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.\n

  • \n
    \n Collaborate with cross business and functional partners in Global Business Units (GBUs), Global Functions, Digital and Experience (customer and employee) research teams.\n

\n About you\n
\n
\n Education and professional experience\n
\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Social Sciences, Computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.\n
    \n
  • \n
    \n Experience of managing global employee listening programs including annual surveys and monthly or quarterly pulses.\n
    \n
  • \n
    \n Experience working with or in People Analytics teams and applications of data science within HR.\n
    \n
  • \n
    \n Substantial experience of working in virtual teams and projects, cross functional project management experience.\n
    \n
\n
\n
\n Skills\n
\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to explain complex privacy concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n
    \n
  • \n
    \n Strong project management skills: planning, impact/risk analysis, matrices\n
    \n
  • \n
    \n Stakeholder management & acting as a trusted advisor with leaders/managers.\n
    \n
  • \n
    \n Experience working with vendors such as Qualtrics and Peakon\n
    \n
  • \n
    \n Experience working with HR data, including HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors, and a strong understanding of HR metrics and analytics.\n
    \n

\n Languages\n
\n

  • \n
    \n Fluency in English is required \xe2\x80\x93 both written and spoken.\n
    \n
  • \n
    \n Knowledge of further European languages is beneficial, but not mandatory..\n
