Your tasks
Friendly welcome and care of our guests
Carrying out check-in and check-out, answering guest questions
Maintenance and management of guest data in the system
Contact person for guests' wishes and concerns
Assistance in the restaurant: greeting and placement of guests
Mainly work at the reception, other tasks can be individually coordinated in the conversation
Your profile
Very good knowledge of German (C1/C2 level), basic knowledge of English
Strong service orientation and enjoyment of dealing with people
Friendly and well-groomed appearance, good communication skills
Reliability, patience and careful way of working
Initial experience in the hotel or catering industry is an advantage, but not a requirement
