About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our Rewards team in Hamburg . This role offers hands-on experience in compensation and benefits, supporting key initiatives such as benchmarking, data analysis and benefits implementation. You’ll collaborate closely with HR and Rewards colleagues across Europe, contributing to projects that shape employee experience and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in all rewards-related processes, such as annual rewards cycle, market pricing and benefits renewals Participate in retention and counter-offer processes Contribute to internal communications and SharePoint updates for rewards programs Support in Rewards/ HR projects and M&A harmonization activities
Your Profile
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, HR, Economics, or a related field Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel Interest in compensation, benefits, and employee experience Fluent in English and German Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
