Summary of the role



The

EMEA Channel Manager (m/f/d)

will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the performance of channel partners (distributors, resellers, integrators) across the EMEA region. In addition the Inside Sales department will be part of the Channel Manager’s responsibilities, addressing the bottom segment of the European Nordson Subsidiaries’ Customer Portfolio. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Support to drive revenue growth, enhance partner capabilities, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.


This is a strategic role focused on expanding Nordson’s market reach through effective partner enablement and relationship management in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Channel Strategy & Development

+ Define and execute a comprehensive channel strategy across EMEA, aligned with regional sales targets and global objectives.
+ Identify and recruit new high-potential partners in underserved or strategic markets.

Partner Management

+ Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with channel partners.
+ Regularly evaluate partner performance, ensuring alignment with Nordson standards and expectations.
+ Support Established partners from a technical and commercial standpoint.
+ Drive joint business planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Sales Enablement & Training

+ Provide partners with tools, training, and resources to effectively promote and sell Nordson solutions.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver targeted sales and new products training programs.

Revenue Growth & Forecasting

+ Support and coach the Inside Sales Team Leader in meeting Strategic and Operational plans and meet sales targets
+ Meet or exceed regional sales targets through the indirect channels.
+ Monitor and report on channel performance, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy.
+ Establish goals, KPI’s and SoP’s

Marketing & Demand Generation

+ Coordinate with marketing to develop region-specific campaigns and marketing initiatives.
+ Support the execution of specific sales programs, and digital promotions.

Compliance & Process Optimization

+ Ensure channel compliance with contractual obligations, pricing policies, and brand guidelines.
+ Continuously improve partner onboarding, support, and engagement processes.

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus). Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Sales / Channel Sales / Partner Management, preferably in industrial equipment, high-tech manufacturing, or automation sectors. Proven experience managing partners across diverse markets in the EMEA region. Strong understanding of indirect sales models and channel ecosystems. Fluent in English; additional European language(s) a plus. Willingness to travel up to 40% within EMEA.

Skilled in inter-departmental collaboration, as well as change management Results-driven with strong analytical capabilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. Skilled in CRM systems (e.g., C4C, Salesforce…), MS Office, and channel analytics tools.
