Opportunity Owning to continued business growth and project success, NIRAS are actively recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Electrical Construction professional who will supervise and oversee electrical installation, commissioning activities across large pharmaceutical projects based in southern Germany.
Aufgaben
The ideal candidate will lead electrical teams, ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and support timely and high-quality project delivery.

• Supervise and coordinate electrical works on pharmaceutical construction sites.

• Coordinate with project/ construction managers, engineers, contractors, and client to address electrical issues and challenges.

• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and control systems.

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

• Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.

• Manage daily work progress, monitor quality, and enforce safety practices on site.

• Conduct site inspections, quality control audits, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Manage, train, and supervise electrical technicians and subcontractors.

• Assist in procurement and inventory control of electrical materials and equipment.

• Maintain detailed reports on progress, incidents, and site activities for senior management.

• Support commissioning and handover activities ensuring full operational readiness.

Profil

• Qualifications & Experience:
• Fluent German/ English – Written & Verbal

• Candidate will ideally hold a Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with relevant Engineering /Pharma Construction Projects experience.

• 8+ years of experience in electrical supervision green/brownfield pharmaceutical build projects

• Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).

• Must understand and be familiar with local Electrical and Building codes, specifications, and implementation, and be able to assess building requirements and hierarchy.

• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, and testing.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and control schematics.

• Experience working on build projects within the pharmaceutical or highly regulated process manufacturing environments is highly desirable.

• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel ideal).
