Join STS Group as our next EHS Advisor

in Frankfurt!

We are an electrical engineering contractor delivering data centre and pharmaceutical projects around Europe. With more work coming up, we are now looking for experienced Health, Safety and Environmental professionals to join our exciting data centre projects in the Frankfurt Region. The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced

EHS Advisor

to join us, a permanent fulltime role. The successful candidate will work closely with the site management teams to ensure a positive and well-informed EHS culture flourishes. Key to this role will be identifying all EHS risks and ensuring the best prevention and mitigation controls are in place across the projects.

Here are some of the duties involved in these roles:

The Expert –

Conducting regular site audits and assessments, following up on corrective actions and becoming the go-to for all things Health, Safety, and Environmental.

Sharing and Reporting

– Development of project specific HSE documents in conjunction with the project management team (HSE Plans, RAMS, Aspects & Impacts Register etc).

Meeting the Highest Standards

– Ensuring our sites are compliant to all relevant HSE legislation, and adherent to our HSEQ Management systems (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001).

Team Collaboration

– Proactively work with site management teams, subcontractors, and clients to promote the project EHS requirements.

Promoting “STS Mission Zero” -

Making sure company inductions, site orientations and training are delivered in a timely manner.

Who We’re Looking For

Relevant third level qualifications and training in Environmental, Health & Safety. Good knowledge of current HSE related legislation & regulations. Excellent IT skills, the ability to learn new systems with ease. A self-starter and capable of working on your own initiative. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. High Proficiency in English language (written & spoken).

Desirable but not Essential

Prior experience on major construction projects, ideally with a General Contractor Experience working in a construction environment, ideally on electrical and/or mechanical projects.
