EDI & B2B Specialist

Possible locations:

Basel (Switzerland), Milton Keynes (UK), Grabenstätt (Germany), Barcelona (Spain) or Bernolsheim (France)

We are seeking an EDI & B2B Specialist to join our team at Fossil Group. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration across commercial teams, key users, and customers. You will work on both business and IT projects, from requirement gathering to implementation and post-go-live support, in a dynamic and international environment.

What you will do in this role

Translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications for implementation teams Act as the primary liaison for commercial teams, key users, and customers Work independently on moderate to complex projects to deliver solutions and enhancements Develop and implement solutions, provide training, and ensure post-implementation support Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and effective solutions Support end users with technical expertise on an ongoing basis Perform user acceptance testing for SAP, B2B, TLE server developments and enhancements Monitor SAP IDocs and troubleshoot issues Serve as the EMEA business application owner for the EDI application ebiss

Who you are

Proven SAP SD ECC 6.0 knowledge Understanding of EDI standards: EDIFACT and X12 Knowledge of SAP BTP, OpenText TLE, and JavaScript is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite (especially Excel and Google Sheets) Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills Hands-on implementation skills, self-starter with a “getting things done” attitude Team player in a matrix organization, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Fluent in English; French, Spanish, or German is a plus
