Within the department Economics, Sustainability, and Public Affairs, the Economics team supports the Board of Management in strategic decisions and offers group-wide services. The team elaborates positions on relevant topics and trends from the areas economics, politics, and society and analyses insurance market data.

Your Job

Support the team in economic analyses, including research, project work, and publications Support the team in insurance market analyses (gather, analyse, and visualise insurance market data, forecast premium growth, etc.) Own project: Research your own topic from various areas of interest, such as macroeconomics, economic policy or insurance markets

Your Profile

Student in economics or a related field like econometrics (not business administration), preferably at Master’s level. Solid understanding of macroeconomics and economic policy is required Foundational statistical knowledge is a prerequisite, R, Python or Power BI skills are a plus Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel® and PowerPoint®, is expected Fluent in German and English

Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit. The first master's degree may not have been completed before/during the entire internship.
