Fabletics is currently looking for a passionate and hands-on E-Commerce Manager to join our Team, based in Berlin, Germany.

About the role:
As E-Commerce Manager you are responsible for overseeing and driving our online revenue growth by optimizing the sales channel, improving customer journeys, and executing data-driven strategies. This role works closely with other teams to scale and deliver seamless end-to-end e-commerce experience.

Responsibilities:Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer experience. Manage day-to-day operations on site, such as merchandise, inventory management, pricing, product listings, and promotions. Oversee and own product launches in collaboration with the buying team Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for sales performance and customer behavior, including website traffic, CVR, CTR, and others. Implement A/B testing and CRO strategies to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion behavior. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, buying, and logistics team to deliver high-impact solutions and ensure smooth processes. Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail

Required Skills:+ 5 years of experience as an E-Commerce manager or in a similar role Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field Strong understanding of digital marketing and online sale strategies Experience with web analytics tools and knowledge of marketing channels and platforms Excellent analytical skills, strategical thinking, and data-driven decision making Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimizations Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills Strong problem-solving skills and a bias towards action
