Der interdisziplinäre Studiengang Engineering technischer Systeme (EtS) bereitet dich optimal auf deinen Arbeitsalltag in der Raffinerie vor. Hier wird dir ein breit angelegtes und fundiertes Wissen der mathematischen und naturwissenschaftlichen Grundlagen der Ingenieurwissenschaften vermittelt, das dich für die Entwicklung sowie den Betrieb technischer Systeme befähigt.
Die zunehmende Komplexität der Systeme, mit denen Ingenieur:innen heutzutage in der Praxis konfrontiert werden, erfordert die Entwicklung eines Bewusstseins für die Zusammenhänge und Abhängigkeiten einzelner Faktoren aus den unterschiedlichen ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Disziplinen.
Aus diesem Grund ermöglicht dir dieses Studium eine intensive Betrachtung einer Teildisziplin des Engineerings in Form verschiedener Vertiefungen, zu denen Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Technische Informatik sowie Chemische Prozess- & Verfahrenstechnik zählen. Im Verlauf des Studiums wirst du ein tiefgehendes Fachwissen in einer der jeweiligen Vertiefungen aufbauen, welches um Wissen aus den angrenzenden Disziplinen ergänzt wird.
Insbesondere im letzten Semester findet eine intensive Verknüpfung der verschiedenen Fachrichtungen durch übergreifende Wahlmöglichkeiten statt, die zudem deine individuelle Profilbildung fördert. Dies macht dich zu einem echten Allround-Talent!
Dein Semester ist in zwei Hälften aufgeteilt: Du studierst in Blöcken an der Hochschule Osnabrück am Campus in Lingen und arbeitest in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit im Betrieb in Gelsenkirchen. Dabei bist du direkt Teil des Teams und entdeckst neue Zusammenhänge zwischen Theorie und Praxis.

Zweiwöchige Einführungsveranstaltung mit den Schwerpunkten gegenseitiges Kennenlernen, Teambildung, Computer-Schulungen, Vorstellung der Geschäftsbereiche, um Dich fit für den Ausbildungsalltag zu machen
Praktische Einsätze in verschiedenen technischen Fachabteilungen
Wissenschaftliche Vorlesungen an der Hochschule Osnabrück im Blockunterricht
