To support our expanding operations in the EU DIY market, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven
DIY Key Account Manager
to manage and nurture relationships with headquarters-level clients (e.g., OBI, Bauhaus, and other DIY/CE chains). This role is pivotal in securing national/multi-store orders and driving long-term business growth.
Your Responsibilities:
? Manage and maintain relationships with headquarters-level clients across Europe.
? Lead negotiations on contract terms, pricing, profitability, category entry, and shelf placement.
? Develop and execute promotional strategies aligned with client objectives.
? Secure framework agreements or large-scale orders by engaging with high-level decision-makers at client headquarters.
? Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product Management, Logistics) to ensure alignment with client needs.
? Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights.
? Prepare and present sales reports, performance analyses, and business proposals.
Your Profile:
? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
? Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the DIY/retail/consumer goods sector.
? Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
? Strategic mindset with the ability to drive high-level partnerships.
? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
? Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are advantageous.
? Willingness to travel for client meetings and business trips.
