At zvoove Elevate, we drive the organic growth of zvoove by building and scaling new business models and products across the zvoove Group. In close alignment with our CEOs, and with a proven track record of financial impact, we focus on broadening the zvoove value chain with customer-centric add-on products.

As a Discovery Lead, you are the architect of new business models and products, shaping the very beginning of our innovation funnel. You identify opportunities, design hypotheses, validate them through customer and market testing, and transition proven ideas into execution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with group CEOs, sales, product, tech, and other internal partners to bring new ventures to life.

Your tasks

Identify and evaluate new market opportunities within temporary staffing and SaaS Develop business cases, hypotheses, and MVP concepts Design and lead discovery processes including customer research, experiments, and prototype testing Drive data- and insight-based Go/No-Go decisions, resulting in comprehensive investment cases Build and transition validated business models to venture teams for scaling Act as sparring partner for founders and senior management

Your profile

4+ years of professional experience in venture building, consulting, product management, or start-ups Proven experience in building and/or running SaaS business models Strong analytical and strategic skills paired with a hands-on mindset Customer- and business-centric approach, ideally in a multi-company/country organization Experience with hypothesis-driven work, experiment design, and lean startup methodology Comfortable working with C-level stakeholders High level of initiative, fast learner, and execution-driven Excellent communication skills in English (German C1 required)
