technical and strategic leader
to manage and scale our
global API integration programs

You will lead a distributed team of
Technical Project/Product Managers
responsible for scoping, designing, and delivering complex API and data integrations with transportation carriers. Your mission is to
optimize delivery

introduce automation and tooling

build scalable processes
to support our global supply-side growth.
This role is key to ensuring that our integration capability keeps pace with business growth — combining
technical depth, process design, and team leadership

What You Will Do:
Lead and grow a global team of TPMs responsible for complex carrier API integrations
Own the efficiency, standardization, and quality of integration delivery at scale
Introduce new tools, automation, and frameworks to accelerate delivery
Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Partnerships to ensure integrations align with our platform architecture, roadmap, and strategic partner needs
Define and track KPIs to measure speed, quality, reliability, and partner satisfaction
Ensure technical design and delivery processes are globally consistent yet locally adaptable
Act as a key stakeholder in the evolution of our carrier integration strategy
Workplace:
We are mainly looking for this role to be based in Germany, preferably in our headquarters in Berlin.
Who You Are:
5 to 7 years of leading technical projects or programs in API-driven platforms, ideally involving high-load, large-scale, and architecturally complex systems
Experience managing distributed teams of technical PMs or delivery leads
Track record of scaling complex technical delivery processes through automation and tooling
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across tech and business
Passion for operational excellence and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A technical background is essential to effectively engage with the development team and stakeholders.
