Your Responsibilities:




Implement and manage globally harmonized systems, aligning several QC-sites on processes such as e.g. OOS, QC-documentation, SAP-modules and KPIs

Ensure proper management of centralized processes (e.g., shelf life extension, management of central reference substances)

Directly lead a team of direct reports acting as global business process owners, while technically guiding local business process owners to drive process alignment

Define and generate best practice processes, as well as implement and develop globally applicable KPIs for QC departments

Responsibility as Head of Quality Control (as per German AMWHV §12) for central processes


What You Have to Offer:




10+ years of experience in GMP Quality Control, including 5 years as QC Head, with a proven track record of success

Expertise in setting up and leading centralized teams within global QC, driving alignment between sites and ensuring efficient, robust, and scalable processes

Experience in implementing and managing globally harmonized systems, KPIs, and processes and aligning with multiple QC-sites

Proven leadership skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, and the capability to represent QC interests at senior management level

Extensive experience in managing audits and inspections, including successful interactions with regulatory authorities such as the FDA

Strong knowledge of country-specific regulations and global regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance with standards across multiple regions

Fluent in English (both written and spoken), German is a plus
