Role Overview
As Director of Product — In-Game Services, you will drive the roadmap for in-game stores and web-based monetization tools. You will work closely with studios, analyze market trends, and shape solutions that improve sales performance, player retention, and revenue outcomes. The role combines strategy, hands-on product leadership, and collaboration with business and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage the product roadmap for in-game store solutions.
Analyze game monetization and performance metrics to drive improvements.
Work with partners to gather insights and refine product direction.
Support sales and presales teams with product expertise and materials.
Lead backlog prioritization and roadmap execution with cross-functional teams.
Run user interviews and validate product concepts with real players and studios.
Track risks, product performance, and results across live integrations.
Requirements
5+ years as Product Manager, Product Owner, Game Producer, or similar.
Strong experience in the gaming industry and in-game monetization.
Solid knowledge of PC publishing and digital distribution platforms.
Experience working with product analytics and data-driven decisions.
Proven background managing stakeholders and collaborating with business teams (the role involves communication with international clients).
