Your Responsibilities

Lead the HEMA (Health Economics Methods Advisory) regional teams to execute in line with Olympus’ strategy, whilst consulting, tailoring and executing on all future Global strategy delivered by the HEMA Global team. Lead the implementation of Regional Market Access strategies for key products and priority services Continually develop a cohesive and balanced Global HEMA community and expert network. Foster key relationships across all markets to showcase HEMA and MSA best practice globally. Create and execute global HEMA strategy to include, Global planning processes, technical delivery and localization. Drive enhanced technical skill levels across HEMA operations, reimbursement, health system knowledge and value creation to both the Global Business and MSA. Develop a continuous program of development for regional HEMA teams to support excellence in HEMA delivery, measure the Impact of the HEMA project portfolio and stakeholder satisfaction. Support the development of Value Propositions, Market Access and Health Economic strategy globally, providing insights into regional needs. Delivers and/or oversees development of tailored reimbursement dossiers /value proposition / value tools (incl health economic models) that speak to the necessary stakeholders including national health authorities, regional and local payers, in both public and private settings Globally Coach, challenge and develop a high performing EMEA HEMA team.

Your qualification

Master’s or PhD in health/life sciences plus project management qualification 5+ years in senior leadership within Market Access or similar 10+ years in Medical Devices or life sciences Strong business strategy understanding, translating goals into solutions International Market Access and Government Affairs network Commercial acumen with innovative, continuous improvement mindset Extensive hands-on experience and networks in market access and health economics Deep knowledge of healthcare ecosystems, reimbursement, and policy trends Skilled at simplifying complex data for diverse audiences Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and external stakeholders behind strategy Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive change Agile in responding to internal/external market changes Converting data to insights, strategy, and effective execution Experienced in resource allocation and project management Persistent and solution-focused in overcoming challenges Committed to high standards and continuous team improvement Customer-focused, adaptable, and flexible to business needs Thrives in fast-paced environments Decisive and accountable representative for the team Demonstrating ethical business conduct #LI-HYBRID #DIRECTOR
