Digital Tools & Content Specialist (f/m/x)

Hamburg (near Hamburg)


This position is a part time employment with 20h per week.




Your responsibilities




Own and manage

the 2D/3D library component process, including intake workflows, update cycles, documentation standards, and stakeholder alignment

Coordinate and improve

training content for pCon.planner, ensuring relevance, frequency, and accuracy through stakeholder input and software updates

Develop and maintain

effective sales tools by gathering requirements, supporting tool design (especially Excel-based), and

overseeing

testing, release, and user enablement

Ensure

operational excellence in sales tool deployment through documentation, onboarding materials, and adoption tracking in collaboration with marketing and sales teams

Act as first-level support

for Pathlight users, resolving functional issues, supporting data preparation, and ensuring high data quality standards

Conduct

data analysis and

prepare

reports for internal stakeholders while maintaining user documentation, FAQs, and training materials for Pathlight

Drive

stakeholder engagement, managing internal and external feedback loops, facilitating onboarding, and aligning tool functionality with user needs

Support

product planning by contributing to requirement definitions, prioritization, and continuous improvement suggestions based on user feedback and recurring issues

Your profile




Bachelor’s degree

in Information Systems, Business IT, Engineering or similar

Advanced

MS Excel skills (including macros, VBA)

Basic

MS Visio knowledge

Experience

in process modelling, data handling, and requirement management

Familiarity

with 3D modelling or visualisation tools and

basic understanding

of software development cycles

Strong

project management skills, including coordination of international and multidisciplinary teams

Ability

to manage multiple projects and priorities in a structured and reliable manner

Excellent

communication skills in English, both written and verbal

High motivation

and

ability

to quickly learn new software (e.g., pCon.planner, Pathlight)
