Project Leadership
Lead the full lifecycle of digital projects, from developing business cases and project plans to managing timelines and budgets
Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, resources, and external solution providers to ensure project milestones are met Actively manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and change management activities to drive project success and user adoption Oversee or conduct system implementation, testing, and training sessions as needed


Opportunity Identification
Research and assess emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, automation) to identify new opportunities for improving procurement processes. Align potential solutions with the overall digital strategy and technical architecture of the Roche IT environment.


Cross-functional Engagement
Collaborate effectively with internal teams across the organization, including D2P ART (Demand-to-Pay), other Procurement teams, and IT. Partner with external solution providers

Was Sie mitbringen:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation or IT projects within procurement Proven track record of managing projects with a digitalization focus or enterprise software solutions Strong understanding of procurement processes and the digital tools that support them Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
