Job Description

As Digital Program Manager (m/f/d), you will drive ib vogt’s digital transformation in process automation and AI/data platform development. You’ll manage the digital project portfolio, enable agile delivery teams, and ensure that automation and data initiatives create measurable business value across the organization.



Lead the portfolio and roadmap for automation, data, and AI initiatives Support and coach agile delivery teams (Scrum/Kanban), ensuring efficient and transparent delivery Translate business needs into actionable backlogs and prioritize work for maximum value Oversee process automation projects (e.g., Power Platform, UiPath, AI Tools) from use-case identification to implementation Drive the development of the data & AI platform as a basis for our Digital Twin (Azure Data Lake, Power BI, Synapse, etc.), ensuring data quality and governance Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and data teams to ensure alignment and adoption Report progress, KPIs, and value realization to leadership

Qualifications

7+ years’ experience in digital transformation, program, or portfolio management Strong knowledge of agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and cross-functional delivery Hands-on experience in automation (RPA, Power Automate) and data/AI platforms (Azure, Power BI, Synapse) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English (German a plus) Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2, or Azure/AI are advantageous
