Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) is DHL's cross-divisional commercial and innovation unit. We are responsible for managing about 100 of DHL's largest and most strategically important customers providing them with sector expertise, best in class account management and most innovative products & solutions.



Job Purpose





DHL’s Digital Experience Platform (DXP) is home to multiple DHL websites & portals (“platform members”). Powered by Adobe’s AEM and leveraging the strength of the DHL.COM domain, the DXP provides a robust design toolkit for building modern, interactive digital experiences.



The Digital Community Manager will help define the future of DHL’s digital landscape which includes both divisionally and DXP hosted websites. They are responsible for building strong relationships with digital landscape stakeholders & platform members, with the ability to effectively map business needs to DXP capabilities.



In leading the assessment of candidate platform community members, the Digital Community Manager should consider content operations, functional requirements, technical integrations and design style needs.



Support in shaping DXP strategy as well as onboarding and “business-as-usual” management working models including resource needs & governance frameworks. Help drive the controlled evolution of the platform design language.



Principal Accountabilities:




Act as main point of contact for platform members (existing and new candidates), developing a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders & sponsors Lead the assessment of platform members, including helping understand & plan for new platform onboarding, as well as provide proactive support to existing members to enhance platform usage Support “Consistent Website Landscape” target ambitions by shaping & implementing “on platform” governance & guardrail protocols, as well as actively apply to platform community Support the identification & specification of new platform functionality and evolution of platform design language Communicate key platform metrics & tangible business benefits in various forums across DHL Help shape the long-term vision, roadmap & organizational setup of the platform


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:




University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or IT Minimum of 5+ years proven experience in product / program management or similar Strong verbal and written communications skills, ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Extensive experience with content management systems, analytics and user experience design Experience with Internet technologies and leveraging marketing automation tools Proven ability to handle multiple projects in parallel while maintaining quality and attention to detail Positive / “can do” attitude and team player
