Your job:
1. Social Media
Develop and implement a regional social media strategy (including content strategy) aligned with brand and global social media objectives
Take full ownership of content planning, creation, and publishing across assigned regional social media channels, as well as analyzing and reporting channel performance
Identify regional/local trends, platform developments, and audience insights to drive continuous improvement
Manage the collaboration with external agencies, especially for Instagram and Snapchat execution
Ensure active, engaging, and brand-consistent communication with the community
2. Influencer
Develop and own the regional influencer strategy in alignment with brand and global objectives, with the aim of strengthening brand awareness, cultural relevance, and commercial impact
Identify and build long-term partnerships with creators, brand ambassadors, and opinion leaders who resonate with the regional audience – both within beauty and across locally relevant lifestyle niches
Plan, execute, and evaluate influencer campaigns, send-outs, and events tailored to regional market dynamics. Ensure cultural resonance, brand fit, and innovative storytelling across all initiatives
Drive a data-informed approach by defining success KPIs, tracking performance, and optimizing activities accordingly
Conduct regular competitor and market analyses in the influencer space to identify emerging trends, creator partnerships, and strategic whitespace opportunities
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to ensure influencer efforts are fully integrated into brand campaigns and performance initiatives
Manage budgets and external partners, while also providing guidance to junior team members when applicable
3. Paid Media
Design and execute integrated 360° Paid and Retail Media strategies based on market trends, business goals, and consumer behavior.
Define campaign objectives, target audiences, media mix, and KPIs across the customer journey Translate marketing and brand strategies into actionable, full-funnel media activation plans
Plan, implement, and monitor campaigns with digital and social focus across paid media platforms and channels
Analyze media plans, provide feedback to agencies, and continuously optimize ongoing campaigns
Drive performance-based decision-making using robust data analysis and reporting tools
Identify, test, and scale innovative touchpoints, digital formats, and emerging media opportunities in collaboration with external partners and marketplaces
Take full budget ownership for assigned campaigns and countries
Steer external agencies and media partners on a day-to-day basis
Support capability building within the team and contribute to continuous knowledge sharing
Your profile:
Degree in marketing, communication or comparable
At least
3-5 years of relevant professional experience
in digital marketing with a focus on social media, influencers & paid media, ideally in the beauty or lifestyle sector
In-depth experience with Asian markets and platforms, especially TikTok
Strategic and operational know-how in social media strategies, influencer relations and performance campaigns
Good knowledge of the beauty and lifestyle influencer scene and great understanding of the influencer industry
Good sense of trends and future developments in social media
Strong analytical capabilities for performance measurement and optimization (e.g. through KPI dashboards, reporting and data-based insights)
Experience in campaign management (e.g. planning and execution of influencer campaigns incl. budgeting and negotiation)
Excellent understanding of the customer journey and media usage behavior
Strong "social first" mindset with a passion for digital trends and pop culture
Intercultural sensitivity & communication skills in English (Asian languages are an advantage)
Agile, solution-oriented thinking with a hands-on mentality
