Summary

Digital Strategy & Content

: Manage and optimize the official resort website and all content including OTA, ensuring brand alignment and superior user experience (UX). Lead all resort SEO efforts.

Performance Advertising (ROAS Focus)

: Plan, execute, and monitor all paid digital campaigns (SEM, Display, Social Ads) to achieve maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and direct booking targets.

Social Media Management

: Execute the daily social media strategy and content calendar (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to boost brand engagement and foster community growth in line with The Standard's unique voice.

CRM & Email Marketing

: Design and deploy targeted email campaigns and newsletters via the CRM system to drive repeat business, nurture leads, and maximize customer lifetime value (CLV).

Analytics & Reporting

: Generate precise weekly and monthly performance reports on all digital channels, providing actionable insights and competitive benchmarking to inform future strategies.
