Digital Identity Lead We Are As senior leaders within Accenture’s Data Innovation Team, we set the vision for digital identity innovation and drive strategic transformation across industries and markets. You’ll often be: Shaping and executing digital identity strategies for enterprise and public sector clients, influencing C-level stakeholders, regulators, and industry bodies. Leading large, multidisciplinary teams across geographies, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and innovation. Driving business development by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting account growth and profitability. Managing complex programs, overseeing budgets, resource allocation, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Representing Accenture in industry forums, regulatory working groups, and public events, contributing to thought leadership and building our brand as a market leader in digital identity. Mentoring and developing future leaders, supporting succession planning, and building high-performing teams. Navigating complex stakeholder environments, aligning diverse interests, and ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership. Continuously researching and anticipating emerging trends in digital identity, eIDAS2, EUDI, and wallet technologies to keep our solutions at the forefront of the industry. What’s In It For You? Qualifikationen

Required Qualifications 12 years experience in the field of digital identities consulting, development, or related roles 7 years experience in technology consulting, building and executing strategies for large scale organizations Deep expertise in digital identity frameworks, including Self Sovereign Identity, Identity and Access Management IAM , and digital wallet technologies EUDI Proven experience with eIDAS2 regulation and its practical implementation in enterprise or public sector environments Strong background in blockchain and distributed ledger technologies as applied to digital identity solutions Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross functional teams and manage complex, multi country projects in digital identity or data innovation domains Excellent understanding of privacy, security, and compliance requirements related to digital identity in Europe and globally Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for senior audiences Demonstrated business development skills, including pipeline generation, account growth, and financial management budgets, profitability, resource allocation Professional proficiency in English and German is required other European languages are a strong advantage Willingness and ability to travel as required for client, project delivery, and leadership engagements Preferred Qualifications In depth knowledge of eIDAS2 regulation and the European Digital Identity Wallet EUDI ecosystem Experience with digital identity frameworks such as Hyperledger Indy, Aries, or other decentralized identity technologies Familiarity with European and global digital identity standards, trust frameworks, and interoperability initiatives Hands on experience with the implementation of digital wallets, verifiable credentials, and privacy preserving technologies Advanced degree in computer science, infor
