What the job looks like

Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
Act as the tactical link between strategic process ownership and operational execution, being the digital translator to IT Implement strategies and process improvements defined by the BPO. Understand the day-to-day operations and manage the application/system related aspects used in business processes. Ensure application configurations and architecture to support business needs, compliance, and performance standards. Monitor performance of digital tools and applications, identifying and resolving issues addressed by the BPE community. Lead or support the implementation of digital solutions and process improvements. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet business goals along the solution lifecycle. Ensure adherence to governance standards, compliance policies, and audit requirements which involves System validation & approval of Service Requests Support BPEs and end-users with training and onboarding for digital tools. Provide guidance on best practices and troubleshooting.

What you’ll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and digital tools (e.g., SAP PP/DS, S/4 HANA, Advanced Planning Systems (e.g. OMP, ICRON, SAP Response & Supply) Project experience with technology implementation/migration in manufacturing or supply chain environments is a strong plus Several years of experience (ideally 5+) working experience directly in Supply Chain or Manufacturing Planning (Supply Network Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning), ideally as a functional expert involved in an IT project. Experience in the role of Digital Transformation or Supply Chain Consulting
