Responsibilities


You rotate through different departments and learn how theory and practice come together – actively supporting the teams on site Join us in the exciting process of designing and developing components, discovering how innovative technology is created You support the testing of our products, gaining insights into how quality and safety are ensured Dive into production processes, learn how to analyze and improve them, and bring your own ideas You work closely with the team when new products are planned and developed – from the initial idea to completion Gain valuable experience in project management and see how projects are planned, tracked, and successfully completed Qualifications


You have completed your A-levels or an equivalent qualification and are ready to kick off your career Technology, math, and physics spark your interest — you love diving into complex topics and figuring out how things work German is no problem for you — written and spoken Taking initiative, being reliable, and working well in a team come naturally to you An international environment excites you, and you're eager to grow through new experiences and challenges Some of your Benefits
