Implement and enhance monitoring and alerting systems with Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager.
Work closely with backend, product, and engineering teams to ensure smooth deployments and high platform reliability.
Support database operations across SQL and NoSQL environments.
Contribute to networking, system design, performance tuning, and incident response.
Participate in on-call rotations to keep our infrastructure healthy and resilient.
Automate wherever possible to reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement through post-incident analysis and reliability enhancements.
