Desktop Support Engineer – L2 (fte & Backfill)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Provide L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.

Troubleshoot OS issues (Windows/macOS), application errors, and hardware faults.

Manage user accounts, password resets, and access issues using Active Directory.

Support installation, configuration, and upgrades of software and hardware.

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).

Perform patching, imaging, and device deployment as needed.

Handle escalated tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.

Maintain accurate documentation of work performed in the ticketing system.

Coordinate with L3/Backend teams for complex issues.

Provide on-site support for meetings, conferencing tools, and IT equipment.

Required Skills & Experience



2–5 years of hands-on experience in L2 Desktop / IT Support.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Active Directory, O365, SCCM/Intune, and remote support tools.

Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues, network basics, and security tools (AV, MDM).

Experience with imaging, device builds, software deployment, and patch management.

Excellent communication in local language (B2–C1 level) and English.

Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to 3.800,00€ per month
