Intro

As a Deployment Engineer at Carbmee, you will take full ownership of bringing our platform to life for customers - from first data delivery to live operation. You’ll work hands-on with customer data, systems, and teams to design and deploy tailored solutions that drive real decarbonization impact.


This role blends technical problem-solving, data engineering, and customer collaboration. You’ll be on the front lines of delivery - translating business needs into data models, building integrations, transforming complex datasets, and enabling our customers to extract value from Carbmee’s platform.


You’ll thrive if you enjoy wearing multiple hats: part engineer, part project manager, part consultant - and you’re motivated by seeing your work directly enable companies on their journey to net zero.

Your tasks

Own the end-to-end deployment

of Carbmee’s platform for new customers - from data onboarding to live system delivery.

Engage directly with customer teams

(technical and business) to understand their ERP and emission data structures, map requirements, and design scalable integration flows.

Project manage your deployments,

keeping stakeholders aligned, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.

Transform and prepare data for integration,

ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with Carbmee’s data model.

Develop scripts, tools, and automation

to streamline implementation and enhance efficiency across projects (Python, SQL, or similar).

Troubleshoot and problem-solve technical challenges

on the fly - from data model mismatches to workflow blockers.

Collaborate with Product and Data Engineering teams

to feed deployment learnings back into the product, ensuring continuous improvement of the Carbmee platform.


Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes, documentation, and tooling to scale customer success.

Accelerate customers’ time-to-value by ensuring fast, reliable deployments. Enable data-driven decarbonization by connecting critical ERP and emission datasets into actionable insights. Translate complex technical tasks into measurable business outcomes,

You are the bridge between technology and business value - ensuring every implementation not only works, but truly matters.

Your profile

3+ years of experience in

data engineering, solution delivery, or technical implementation

roles within SaaS or consulting environments. Strong

technical foundation

- comfortable with APIs, data pipelines, and hands-on scripting (Python, SQL). Understanding of

ERP systems

(esp. SAP) and how enterprise data structures connect to business processes. Proven ability to

lead technical deployments

, manage stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

Analytical mindset

with a focus on delivering pragmatic, scalable solutions to real customer problems.

Excellent communication skills

- you can bridge the gap between technical and business audiences. Fluency in

English; German
