What awaits you?

You have the personnel-, delivery- and budget responsibility for the Software build and integration department of ~50 employees and you are responsible for building, managing and supporting a result-oriented software build and integration department. You are driving build and continuous integration concepts, tools and processes together with your department. You are setting targets and vision for your department. You motivate, support and coach your employees with regards to their technical and soft skills. You have the responsibility for build- and continuous integration chain inside BMW infotainment projects. Close cooperation with internal departments, process partners and external suppliers worldwide and responsibility for both delivering in the short-term, as well as influencing and shaping the long term strategy for your team and its products.

What should you bring along?

Degree in computer science, computer engineering or a comparable field of study. Proven experience in leading organizations of 50+ employees. Significant experience in software build and continuous integration in an international company. Experience with professional and line management of internal and external teams in an agile environment with varied interfaces. Proficient English and German skills are required.
