POSITION TO BE UTILIZED AT FOOD FACILITIES TO DELIVER CUSTOMER ORDERS. Operate an Exchange vehicle to deliver restaurant prepared food and beverage orders to customers on and off post/base housing and work areas on military installations. Actively evaluates customers' needs by listening, providing solutions, and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand loyalty. This position does not include food preparation responsibilities.

Job Qualifications

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Three months or more of satisfactory driving experience and a valid motor vehicle operator's license as required by local state laws and military regulations.

WORKSCHEDULE: 5 DAYS BETWEEN MON-SUN, HOURS BETWEEN 1100-2100, WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS.

Major Duties

Deliver orders from food facilities to customers timely within accordance of policies and procedures. Ensure order accuracy prior to departure and delivery to correct location and customer. Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or delivery apps.

Operate an Exchange vehicle. Maintains cleanliness and advises supervisor when basic vehicle maintenance (check oil, tires, gas, etc.) within accordance of policies and procedures is due.

Provide high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Greet each customer upon contact and/or line of sight, assesses their needs, suggests alternative options, and provide resolution. Keep their needs foremost and creates a welcoming environment, actively engages, and builds trust relationship with the customer in order to deliver a personalized experience.

Actively communicate/promote the benefits of the Military Star credit card, Exchange protection plan, and other corporate programs to customers to drive sales growth and increased customer brand loyalty.

Assure compliance with fire, safety, sanitation, and security regulations, as well as ensuring the security of fixed assets, cash, and inventory. Practice loss prevention procedures and alerts security and management of potential problems that may involve fraud, waste, and abuse. Follows all traffic laws and safety regulations, reporting any incidents to supervisor immediately.

Perform housekeeping/custodial duties as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.
