Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

German and English language needed



End-User Support



Onsite diagnosis and repair of hardware/software for end-user devices Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) activities Configuring replacement equipment

Network Break-Fix Support



Network infrastructure support involving troubleshooting, diagnosis, and installation of the end customer’s network equipment under the coordination of the customer’s network management team, including:

Patching cable installation and recovery Installing power leads Installing, removing, or swapping equipment Locating and identifying network circuits and tagging demarcation points Escorting third-party vendors on site Adhering to HSSE and risk management protocols (walkthroughs, work permits, change management, safety training, incident reporting) Assisting the network team with asset registers/CMDB updates Troubleshooting and testing network equipment, including: Restarting equipment Troubleshooting and patching power cables Identifying switch port locations Pinging devices and performing DNS lookups Troubleshooting, installing, or removing equipment or components Reporting unresolved issues to the Excis Service Desk/Project Manager Managing ticket updates and ensuring closure confirmations upon leaving the site

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 180,00€ - 200,00€ per day

Expected hours: 9 per week
