What you will enjoy doing




In this role you develop and align Digital Customer Journeys with EMEA RBUs You will create and execute the EMEA Digital Roadmap, identifying new digital products, enhancing existing customer platforms (e.g., portals, e-commerce) and identifying opportunities to accelerate sales growth, retention, and loyalty through optimized digital channels and tools You will define the vision and strategy for market intelligence, establish tools and processes for gathering insights, and integrate these into lead generation and digital plans Furthermore, you will partner closely with cross-functional RBU Business Management, sales and marketing, finance and operations teams to increase lead generation, customer acquisition, and loyalty through digital initiatives You will, collaborate with regional businesses to set and measure KPIs for growth and productivity through digital channels

What makes you great




You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Innovation or a related field - an advanced degree is a plus You bring 7-10 years of experience in customer experience (e.g. E-Commerce) and delivering associated digital programmes
Agile Project Management experience (e.g Design Thinking); Experience with more traditional Project Management Methodologies (e.g six sigma)is an advantage
You have a proven track record of leading and delivering multi-geographical (e.g. country/BU/RBU) digital programs according to expected ROI Understanding of our EMEA customer digital solutions i.e E-commerce and Site-Core, amongst others, is required for this role - preferably also an understanding of wider market customer digital solutions for Manufacturing B2B You have a strong knowledge of best practices in customer experience and customer service, including experience in customer journey mapping and customer needs analysis Familiarity with market intelligence processes and systems is a plus. You are fluent in English in both written and spoken communication and ideally speak another European language
