Deine Mission



Du analysierst bestehende – bereits teilweise automatisierte – Controlling-Prozesse und identifizierst Potenziale zur Weiterentwicklung.*
Du gestaltest aktiv den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung moderner Reportingmodelle - mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Effizienz und Datenqualität.*
Du setzt Deine Ideen in konkrete Lösungen um – im engen Schulterschluss mit dem Controlling- und Finance-Team, der IT und den Fachbereichen.*
Du baust automatisierte Reports, Dashboards und Analyseprozesse auf oder verbesserst bestehende – für eine datengetriebene Unternehmenssteuerung, insbesondere im Finance-Controlling.*
Du gestaltest Change-Prozesse aktiv mit und begleitest Teams auf dem Weg zur Prozess-Exzellenz.*

Was Du mitbringst



Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Bereich – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finance.*
Erfahrung im Controlling und in der Analyse und Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen.*
Know-how in Tools wie Microsoft Fabric / Power BI, Excel/VBA, SQL, RPA oder Python – oder eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, um Dich einzuarbeiten.*
Ein strategischer Blick kombiniert mit einer lösungsorientierten und strukturierten Arbeitsweise.*
Freude an Teamarbeit und Lust auf enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Controlling und IT.*

We're looking for you: Data-Driven Controller (m/f/d) – Rethinking Controlling Processes Digitally

Is controlling your strength – and processes your passion?

Many of our controlling processes are already partially automated – but we want to take the next step. Smarter workflows. Greater efficiency. More transparency. That's where you come in: someone who can enhance an existing concept, confidently use modern tools, and take processes to the next level together with the Finance team.

Your Mission

You analyze existing – already partially automated – controlling processes and identify potential for further development. You actively contribute to building and enhancing modern reporting models – with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and data quality. You turn your ideas into concrete solutions – working closely with the Controlling and Finance teams, IT, and other departments. You build or improve automated reports, dashboards, and analysis processes – enabling data-driven corporate management, especially in financial controlling. You actively shape change processes and support teams on their journey toward process excellence.

What You Bring

A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field – ideally with a focus on controlling or finance. Experience in controlling and in analyzing and automating financial processes. Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Fabric / Power BI, Excel/VBA, SQL, RPA, or Python – or the ability to quickly learn them. A strategic mindset combined with a solution-oriented and structured approach to work. A team player mindset and enthusiasm for close collaboration with Finance, Controlling, and IT.
