Are you passionate about ensuring data integrity, completeness, and quality? Join our Data Quality team, where we assess and enhance data and structures using both manual and automated methods to meet client requirements and governance standards.

Your tasks




As a Data Steward, you’ll support data migration and harmonization in the NorthStar program while maintaining Master Data Management for live entities. You’ll collaborate closely with Data Architects, Business Process Owners, Compliance Officers, and Data Leads in a newly formed global team reporting to the Global Data Lead (Director MDG/MDM).

Monitor, maintain, and improve data quality across systems. Create and manage Master Data, ensuring clarity on data meaning, source, and usage. Classify and secure data based on sensitivity and criticality. Document data flow and transformations for compliance, auditing, and troubleshooting. Track data usage, resolve issues, and enforce governance policies. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business, and compliance teams to drive data excellence.

Your profile



Training / Education:



Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Management, or related field. Certifications in data management/governance (e.g., CDMP, DAMA CDS) preferred. Technical degree in Computer Science is a plus.

Professional Experience:



Strong knowledge of data management, governance, and data quality principles. Experience with data modeling, integration, and lineage. Familiarity with data management tools and software (e.g., SAP-MDG) and SQL. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data quality issues. Understanding of business processes and industry-specific data requirements.

Leadership / Other Skills:



Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Experience managing data governance projects and cross-functional teams. Customer-focused, confident team player with strong interpersonal and methodological skills. Experience in data-driven industrial production environments is a plus. Local language proficiency; English CEFR Level B2. Flexible working hours (07:30–22:00 weekdays, potential 24/7 rotation) and occasional travel.
