Data Scientist

, you’ll be at the heart of this mission: turning messy real-world data into insights that help families power their homes with solar energy, batteries, and heat pumps.


You’ll work closely with our

finance, sales, and marketing teams

, supporting decisions that directly move the needle on Europe’s energy transition.

Your mission

What you’ll do:

Design, test, and refine

credit risk and portfolio models

that decide how we finance renewable energy projects. Dive into

massive datasets in Google BigQuery

, finding patterns that improve everything from conversion rates to portfolio performance. Build beautiful

dashboards in Metabase

that make key business metrics come alive for our leadership and investors. + ? Develop and automate

data pipelines and predictive models

, shaping how we use data across the company. Explore customer and market data to discover insights that fuel growth—and make our financing smarter and greener. Turn complex findings into clear, visual stories for teams, lenders, and investors.

Your profile

You’re a

student or recent graduate

from a top-tier university, studying

data science, statistics, computer science, finance

, or a related field—and you’re eager to turn theory into real-world impact. You’re fluent in at least one of

Python, SQL, or R

(bonus points if you can juggle all three) and love getting hands-on with data. You have a solid grasp of

statistics, probability, and machine learning

, and you’re curious about how numbers shape smart financial decisions. You’ve already flexed your analytical muscles through

internships, side projects, or academic work

in areas like data analysis, financial modeling, or credit risk. You’re intrigued by

financial markets, debt instruments, or renewable energy

—and want to learn how they intersect. You’re a

problem-solver

who thrives on detail, ownership, and seeing projects through from idea to insight. You’re fluent in

English

(German is a plus, but not a dealbreaker). + You’re passionate about

climate action

and want to work where your skills can help decarbonize the planet. You’re available for a

3–6 month internship
