What you should bring for it:

2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, ideally in a startup or fintech company experience with Python and with data processing packages (e.g. Pandas, Numpy) familiarity with web frameworks like Flask or FastAPI knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL track-record of successful projects using ML to solve business problems experience with agile development practices such as TDD/BDD, continuous integration, refactoring, code reviews, etc. excellent English speaking and writing skills willingness to dive into our data and get your hands dirty


Things that will make you stand out:

a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. pytorch, scikit-learn, transformers) hands-on experience with deployment of (ideally open source) LLMs (hosting, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation) experience with Reinforcement Learning experience with cloud-based infrastructure solutions, such as AWS
