How you'll make an impact:

Design and develop end-to-end machine learning solutions, from problem definition to deployment, focusing on computer vision and natural language processing for hotel imagery optimization Leverage and fine-tune state-of-the-art AI models, including LLMs and foundation models, to enhance image understanding and content generation Drive data-driven decisions through in-depth analysis of image performance and user behavior, translating complex findings into actionable insights Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and designers to implement scalable solutions that enhance our visual content platform Mentor and guide team members while contributing to the development of best practices and methodologies Monitor and optimize deployed solutions through rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis

What you'll need to thrive:

Proven experience in developing and deploying ML algorithms in production environments at scale Strong background in computer vision, deep learning, and modern AI architectures Expertise in working with large language models and foundation models Excellent programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks Capable of driving meaningful business impact through implemented ML solutions Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
