Your tasks


Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of scalable data models based on complex functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture Translate strategic business needs into robust, future-proof data structures and processes that support cross-functional initiatives Act as a key partner to Product Owners and stakeholders, prioritizing and delivering data-related user-stories Oversee quality assurance and validation processes for data models, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards. Own and maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, configurations, and technical workflows to support transparency and knowledge sharing Champion continuous improvement of our data platforms and architecture, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data specialists and engineers Ensure alignment between data engineering initiatives and broader organizational goals, acting as a bridge between technical and business domains

Your profile


Completed education in IT/computer science (e.g., IT specialist apprenticeship, specialist for application development) or a related university degree (Computer Science, Business Informatics) or equivalent qualification Proven experience working with data models and data platforms, experience with PIM/MDM systems is a plus Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ideally PIM/MDM processes Familiar or experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration Structured, organized, self-directed, and solution-oriented working style with high quality standards Very good English skills (spoken and written) Confident use of MS Office applications
