The aim of this project is to support the Tier-1 in development and maintenance of XIL User Suite and Hil sensor injection.
Injection engineering should be supported for:
Radar
Global navigation & satellite system
Ultrasonic
Driver Monitoring System
Camera
The XIL framework is to support the testing of System Under Test (SUT). It integrates a range of components and tools to establish and operate a comprehensive simulation and testing environment.
#####
Responsibilities
Perform environment simulations to generate synthetic sensor data (e.g., Radar, GNSS, Camera)
Model sensor-specific signal characteristics (e.g., range, angle, Doppler for Radar, Camera intrinsics)
Validate generated datasets against OEM specifications (e.g., Bosch, Hella)
Integrate simulation outputs with ground-truth tools (e.g., VTD, AURELION)
Maintain and configure simulation pipelines for reproducibility and scalability
Support debugging and data validation during testbench execution
Document simulation setups, data formats, limitations, and known issues
Collaborate with System Engineers and Software Developers to align data generation with system architecture and toolchain requirements
Provide validated datasets for use in automated testing and analysis
