As

Data & BI Team Lead,

you’ll define and execute Enpal’s data strategy for our fast-scaling operations. You’ll lead and grow a team of data professionals, align stakeholders across departments, and ensure our data infrastructure and reporting capabilities scale effectively to support Enpal’s growth - especially within our heat pump business.

Job Description

Lead, grow, and develop a high-performing BI team - including hiring, onboarding, and coaching data professionals Align cross-functional stakeholders on data priorities and strategy Drive the BI roadmap, ensuring initiatives directly support business goals Oversee sprint planning, delivery, and team execution to maintain focus and impact Foster a self-service analytics culture through enablement, documentation, and training Ensure scalable, high-quality data models and pipelines (dbt, SQL, ETL/ELT) that power the business.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Data or Analytics, including 2+ in leadership Proven experience hiring, building, and managing data or BI teams Expert in SQL and modern data modeling (dbt) Strong command of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and visualization Proficient in Python for analysis and automation Experience in operations-driven environments (logistics, e-commerce, large-scale ops) Experience scaling data teams, processes, and governance frameworks Analytical mindset with ability to navigate complex, ambiguous datasets Skilled in optimizing data pipelines and analytical performance Strong understanding of data flow across business processes Excellent communicator translating complex data into actionable insights
