As a senior member of our cross-functional Analytics & Reporting team, you’ll architect the analytical data layer that powers insights and AI across our software suite. You’ll define scalable structures and standards that unify data from diverse product modules into a high-quality analytical model. Working closely with data engineers and analysts, you’ll drive technical excellence and mentor others to build sustainable, future-ready data solutions.

Key responsibilitiesArchitect the Analytical Data Layer
Design and evolve the core data architecture that powers analytics and AI features across our software suite, ensuring scalability, consistency, and high data quality.
Define Standards & Best Practices
Establish robust data modeling standards and architectural guidelines that enable sustainable growth and seamless integration of data from multiple product modules.
Collaborate Across Functions
Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions and unified analytical models.
Mentor and Lead
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data engineers, fostering a culture of excellence in data design, engineering practices, and architectural thinking.
Drive Innovation in Data Infrastructure
Evaluate and implement modern data stack components (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, cloud platforms) to continuously improve performance, reliability, and agility.
Align Architecture with Business Strategy
Ensure that architectural decisions support long-term product vision and business goals, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.


Essential requirements10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytical data modeling. Deep expertise in SQL technologies (particularly SQL Server) and modern Lakehouse architectures (Azure Synapse, Data Lake). Proven experience designing and optimizing cloud-based ETL/ELT processes (Azure Synapse or similar). Strong knowledge of dimensional and semantic modeling for analytics. Experience implementing governance, security, and quality standards in analytical data environments Strong communication skills (English min. Level C1); German is a plus.

Desired skills and competenciesAbility to communicate and document complex technical designs clearly. Strong mentoring skills and experience guiding technical peers. Experience with analytical data models in construction, engineering, or other data-intensive industries.
