Your Role

Design and develop scalable data architectures and pipelines, including graph databases, to support AI and analytics initiatives. Implement and operationalize machine learning and Generative AI solutions, including RAG systems, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization, while keeping systems aligned with current trends and technologies. Maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes, AI models, and system architectures.

Your Profile

Academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields; domain expertise in Automotive, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Public Sector is a plus. Proficiency in Python, SQL/NoSQL databases, big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop), and graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, AWS Neptune). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). Familiarity with data science and Generative AI frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, LangChain) and MLOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. Strong communication skills in German and English, with a collaborative and self-driven mindset.
