As part of our central damage management department, you investigate and resolve damage cases within our growing fleet – with precision, curiosity, and structure. You want to uncover what really happened? Then join our team and apply now!

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You process and manage damage claims – a dynamic mix of analysis, communication, and research You review damages based on photos and reports and determine whether an expert assessment is required You clarify each case by communicating with customers, branches, insurance companies, or public authorities You conduct thorough research to identify the cause, circumstances, and responsible party You receive structured onboarding and soon take full ownership of independent decision-making

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Attention to detail

You have a sharp eye for details and never settle for incomplete answers

Language

You speak fluent Dutch (at least C1) and can communicate in English – we’ll teach you the technical terms

Communication

You express yourself clearly and professionally – both verbally and in writing

Tech-savviness

You are proficient in MS Office – everything else you’ll learn with us

Hands-on mentality

You take responsibility, embrace new challenges, and keep a clear overview

Interest in mobility

You are curious about topics like road traffic, mobility, and regulations – or eager to learn more about them with us
