Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

D365 Commerce/Retail Functional Consultant

to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions, ensuring that retail processes are optimised to meet business needs. This role involves close collaboration with clients to understand requirements, deliver end-to-end implementations, and provide expert guidance on best practices in retail and commerce.

Responsibilities

Lead requirement-gathering workshops with retail clients to analyse business needs. Configure and implement D365 Commerce modules, including: POS (Point of Sale) Retail Operations & Store Management E-commerce & Omni-channel capabilities Pricing, Promotions & Discounts Loyalty Programs & Customer Engagement Translate business processes into functional D365 solutions. Work with technical teams on integrations, extensions, and reporting. Deliver functional documentation, training, and user support. Support testing, data migration, and go-live activities. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring solutions are aligned with client goals and industry standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a

D365 Commerce/Retail Functional Consultant

(Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail / AX Retail). Strong knowledge of retail operations, omni-channel, and POS processes. Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle D365 Commerce implementations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in both German and English (mandatory).

Based in Europe (preference for Austria or Germany). Willingness to travel across Europe when required.
