Amer Sports Global Business Center is looking for a motivated

Cybersecurity Risk Management Assistant

to support the development and improvement of cybersecurity risk management practices. This 6-month hybrid role is based in Garching bei München, Germany, and is ideal for a team-oriented individual eager to learn in a dynamic environment. You will work with the Cybersecurity Risk Management Team and contribute to strengthening the organization’s security posture.


What you will be doing:


You will support “security by design” squad in automating the process flow as well as in the risk management process activities. Your responsibilities will include:

Vendor Tiering & Documentation

: develop vendor tiering criteria, document the methodology and map the vendors in the VRM system.

Automation & Integration Support:

assist in automating workflows between the VRM tool and ServiceNow; and streamline consultancy and vulnerability reporting.

Risk Data Analysis & Reporting:

assist in the development and analysis of risk management data for KPI reporting.

Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities:

conduct vendor assessments and manage related communications.

What you need to succeed:

Enrolled in a

Bachelor’s or Master’s program in IT, Cybersecurity, Business Informatics

, or related field. Understanding of cybersecurity and vendor assessment processes. Familiarity with risk management concepts and tools (e.g.,

ServiceNow

). Good knowledge of scripting and data analysis (

Excel, Power Automate

) Experience with collaborative tools (

Teams, SharePoint

) is a plus Strong written and oral communication skills in

English
