What You'll Do




Provide timely and empathetic support via email, phone, and Zendesk ticketing system. Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, shipping updates, and returns. Collaborate with our logistics and operations teams to resolve issues efficiently. Maintain our high customer satisfaction ratings by delivering exceptional service. Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and insights.

Who You Are




Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus. Experienced in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or health-related industries. Familiar with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems. Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player. Passionate about health, wellness, and longevity.
