Job Summary

Provides support to the Sales Representative and Island Manager as a liaison between customers and various departments within Tropical. Provides customers with the highest level of service and customer care through resolution of problems, assisting with bookings, initiation of Freight Correction Notices, accurate rate quotes and upgrade of tariffs and maintains accurate and efficient customer filing system, logging and the follow-up customer complaints. Prints Bills of Lading. Also assists with the maintaining existing customer base; soliciting and securing new business, evaluating customer needs and making recommendations to ensure premium pricing and enhancements to bottom line profit for the company.
