Please note that this is not an IT Customer Support position. For nearly 20 years, our client has been providing remarkable hospital and home care services. The role:

Accurately transfer data from outside sources to an internal database Efficiently analyze and troubleshoot data entry errors Stay organized and focused on assigned tasks Contact patients via phone and email to help facilitate their requests and clarify incomplete or unclear information Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Who we are looking for:

This is an amazing opportunity for a candidate with proven and successful administrative/customer service experience. It is essential that you possess the following skill set:

Data entry and customer service work experience Fluently spoken and written English Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation in English Great attention to detail and ability to multi-task while maintaining precision Ability to learn and acquire new skills Organized, ability to stay focused team player Ability to handle a large variety of tasks throughout the work day Strong initiative and problem solving ability
