Customer Service Representative

Munich, Germany, On-site, Full-Time, Monday-Friday



We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team at Certified Collectibles Group in our Munich, Germany office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing exceptional service to our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

You can expect diverse responsibilities in an international work environment:
Responding to customer inquiries via e-mail and phone Handling and performing customer appointments on-site Careful and accurate intake and inspection of submitted collectibles Maintaining contact with national and international customers, dealers, and submission centers Assisting with billing and payment processes in collaboration with our accounting department Collaborating with other internal departments Handling customer complaints General office, sales, and administrative tasks Attending trade shows

WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Successfully completed training and/or at least 2 years of experience in customer service Fluent in written and spoken German and English (additional languages a plus) Confident use of MS Office and willingness to learn new programs Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer and service orientation Reliable and structured working style; responsible, resilient, and able to maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment Friendly personality and team player Willingness to travel for trade shows
